We used to have these at the Boston Living Center (BLC) and the dinners were great, affordable and well attended.  Presently I have two volunteers, Coley Kelly & Jerry O'Sullivan, to assist in pursuing the realization of this goal.  We will be meeting before the Anniversary Dinner at 4:30 at Ryles to discuss the budget needed so we can then come-up with a potential cost in order to determine if it is an affordable goal.  If we find it is, we are going to need more than three members to pull a dinner off at USES.  They do not have tables set-up, a fully functioning kitchen, glass ware, china or table ware.  In addition to providing the food we will have to purchase picnic ware, table cloths & napkins.  We will need to set-up tables & chairs before, break them down at the end, return them to storage and then clean-up afterwards.  Please give me a call soonest if you would like to help plan or put-on one of these dinners.  Thanks for your quick reply; my phone # and email address are on the Family Listing on the back side of the Tear Sheet.
